All prices are in Euros and include applicable taxes and VAT. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. You authorize us to charge your designated payment method for all fees incurred.
We offer a 7-day free trial for all paid plans. A credit card is required to start the trial. You will be charged automatically after the trial period unless you cancel before the trial ends.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Counterapi and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks may not be used without our prior written consent.
You retain ownership of the code and scripts you schedule through our Service. By using the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to execute your code solely to provide the scheduling service.
We strive to maintain 99.9% execution reliability for our Service. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may experience downtime for maintenance, updates, or due to factors beyond our control. We will provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance when possible.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Counterapi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.
Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination, after which it will be permanently deleted unless required by law to retain it longer.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Berlin, Germany.
For consumers within the European Union, you may have the right to bring disputes before the courts of your country of residence or to use alternative dispute resolution mechanisms.
