The daily request limit is calculated on a rolling 24-hour basis. Each API call to increment or decrement a counter counts as one request.
Reading counter values and accessing analytics don't count towards your daily request limit.
Teams are groups of users working together. Workspaces are separate environments for different projects or clients. Counters are your tracking endpoints that increment or decrement based on user interactions.
For example: 1 team might have multiple workspaces for development and production, each containing several counters for different metrics.
Your counter data and analytics are encrypted at rest and in transit. We use industry-standard security practices to protect your information.
